Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the website may be mispriced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website.

Acceptance of Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.  In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).

 

Product Descriptions

We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.

 

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been received

Should the product not be in stock please allow 14 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.

 

We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

 

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence SA Art Work and Frames will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

 

Delivery Policy 

When you click to make a purchase with us a legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Shipping

Door to door

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. On receipt of the goods the client needs to check the product for any defects, damages or that it has been incorrectly supplied before signing acceptance of delivery thereof. No return or replacement will be entertained after delivery.

 

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment at your cost.

 

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

 

Refunds/returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling and packaging fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. No cancellation of an order will be entertained after dispatch of the goods and no refund will be entertained save for the reasons as otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days.

 

* Note:  SA Art and Frames recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (Courier IT) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

 

International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

1. Shipment tracking.
2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

CUSTOM DUTY

1. All international customers are responsible to pay their own duty and taxes etc in their own country as SA Art And Frames only charging for the freight cost.

 

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

SA Art and Frames endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable VAT / sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

SA Art and Frames reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options.

 

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

We process credit and cheque cards from anywhere in the world, Instant EFT (bank transfers with SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified). The process by doing a successful EFT payment would be straight from your website by following the procedure on the site after clicking ‘Checkout’.
